MONTHLY UPDATE REPORTS
  • Detailed cost analysis to return properties to optimal rentable condition that will command the highest rate possible.
TENANT RENT PAYMENT OPTIONS
  •  Payment by mail
  •  Online payment by electronic check
RENT COLLECTION AND EVICTIONS
  • We require timely rent payment from tenants
  • We act promptly when rent is not paid by the time specified
  • If required, we handle the entire eviction process
REO RENTAL MANAGEMENT
  • Provide full service property management  to rentals including 24/7 call-line and emergency repairs

MANAGEMENT FEES
  • Tenant Procurement Fee: One full month’s rent
